To enrol your child at Thomastown East Primary School, parents will need to collect an information pack from the front office during school hours.

What to do:

To enrol in prep for 2025 children must be five years old on or before 30th April, 2019.
Please bring with you to the office:

• Proof of birth date must be produced (birth certificate extract or passport is preferred)
• An original immunisation certificate must be presented (available from the City of Whittlesea Health Department, please telephone 9217 2170)

What the school needs to know:

• Your child’s medical history and family Medicare number
• The names and contact telephone number of 2 emergency contacts
• Parents work telephone numbers and contact details
